Our client is a well-established engineering company that is renowned for manufacturing advanced equipment used within the defence sector. Seeking an experienced Production planner to join their Operations team.

The Role

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager your role will require you to ensure effective planning of material and resource to meet the demands of the customer’s deliveries. Ensuring that all materials and goods required for production go into the right place exactly when they should. They will work closely with managers and engineers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The role will have a clear focus on continuous improvement and developing the planning function in line with the strategic objectives to enable effective procurement and planning to support production objectives and new product development.
