We are seeking a Financial Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the UK finance team excels in local issues while supporting broader group finance objectives. With our business expanding rapidly, adaptability is key as the role evolves with our changing business needs.
Day to Day of the role:
Complete all aspects of monthly accounting for UK, Ireland, and other corporate entities, including journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations, and required analysis.
Manage the intercompany reconciliation process for the UK, Ireland, and Corporate companies.
Assist in Group and local year-end reporting processes, including preparing audit schedules and liaising with auditors.
Draft year-end statutory financial statements for UK and Ireland entities under IFRS.
Prepare and file VAT returns and related reporting for UK and Ireland entities.
