Our client is a multinational industrial company based in the province of Cadiz.

We are currently seeking the HEAD OF HSSE who will report directly to the CCO of the company.

This role is responsible for ensuring strict adherence to all HSSE policies. The Head of HSSE will provide coaching and support to Operations and Maintenance to ensure that safety and security are never compromised, even in the face of operational challenges.

The position will be tasked with setting and achieving HSSE objectives aligned with the company's strategy and business plans. The incumbent is expected to make a measurable contribution towards achieving the company's safety-related KPIs. Flexibility is essential in this role, as the incumbent may need to follow existing procedures in some situations while continuously improving and modifying HSSE practices in others.
