in business hours & up to 100% home office with project-related travel (2-10 days per month, but always at home on weekends).

Your tasks:
• Performing quality inspections
• Attending regular project meetings
• Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and/or timescales
• Creating site inspection reports
• Identifying risks and finding solutions
• Overseeing general construction work
• Inspection of works completion for payment milestones
• Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects and other professionals
