Overview:
As HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our growing team in Costa Rica. You will be responsible for managing various HR functions and processes, supporting organizational development initiatives, and providing guidance to team members on HR matters. This role requires a deep understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

This is a hybrid role, candidate location is preferred to be in the Liberia or San Jose areas of Cost Rica.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations and Team Building:
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
• Coordinate in office and team building events
• Mediate and resolve employee issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
