Hello! We're a professional couple with 3 toddlers - a very mature 4 year old, our creative 3 year old middle one, and the youngest bowling ball, 18 months.

They're currently all in daycare or JK. We're open to either full-time care to replace daycare for the 2 kids, or more casual part-time hours to supplement.

We don't have the room for a live-in arrangement currently, so we'd like someone local (Kitchener, Country Hills area ideally).

We're looking for someone with enough experience to be able to handle up to 3 at a time. Responsibilities include caring for them throughout the day, making them light meals, doing and putting away laundry, organizing creative activities, organizing their book-bags for school.

I have a Polish background, so someone from Eastern Europe to help instill some cultural traditions would be wonderful.
