ERP Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)

Our client is a leading North American manufacturer of coiled tube steam, hot water and thermal fluid boilers and related equipment. They are now looking for an ERP Administrator to join the team. Position will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, security and access management and maintenance of their IFS ERP system, as well as developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and large data sets using Excel.

Responsibilities:
• Configure, maintain, and support IFS ERP system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IFS (Industrial and Financial) modules.
• Coordinate second level support requests with Hoist and IFS.
• Manage security and Access for users.
• Perform analysis and data mapping to integrate applications with IFS ERP system.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data warehouse using reporting tools, ideally excel.
