Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is assisting our newest client with finding a Project Manager with Strong Construction Experience. About the position, currently finishing up the preconstruction stage, our client is seeking a PM with Multiphase project knowledge, for a commercial (grocery store) site 200,000 sq feet in a moderately remote 1st Nations community.

You will be required to visit occasionally for 48 hours or so, on an as-needed basis. Once trained, this role will become 3 in-office, 2 work from home Travel is fully paid for including meals and hotel, $60 per diem, with the use of a company truck

Pay and benefits:

Up to $145,000 Full benefits RRSP and match (after 1 year) Per diem - $60 per day Accountable for providing project management and direction for a project or portfolio of projects with annual revenues up to $25M, ensuring timely completion and profitability for all projects.
