Hiring as soon as possible; 1 part time position in Berwyn (shift is every 2nd weekend Saturday & Sunday 7am-7pm) as well as casual shifts. Shifts may include week days, and every other weekend. Extensive on site paid training is provided to all successful applicants. Applicants must have a valid class 5 drivers license & reliable vehicle,

Position Summary

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Community Disability Services Worker is responsible for providing support to Individuals in accordance with Blue Heron’s philosophy, the Principles of Support and the Individual’s Personal Support plan. The Community Disability Services Worker provides support that facilitates the Individual’s growth, development and achievement of personal goals.

The Community Disability Services Worker works closely and in consultation with the Team Leader, Program Coordinator and the Individual’s support team.
