Job Context

The incumbent will be responsible for conducting due diligence of projects, assessing feasibilities, preparing sales pitches, financial models, monitoring products and carrying out departmental activities.

Job Description
• Assist in conducting detailed analysis of project in a timely and accurate manner to better understand the project and assess the feasibility
• Assist in preparing sales pitch and future projections for lenders and investors to better understand the product and derive results accordingly
• Maintain end to end communication with prospective clients, lenders and other parties involved in a timely and accurate manner to complete the project
• Assist in preparing mandate letters, term sheets, internal memos, and facility and security agreements in a timely and accurate manner to minimize risks
