Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a HR Legal Counsel for a permanent position based in Brussels.Our client is a fast growing company active in the sports retail sector.As HR Legal Counsel your mission will be to be a strategic player and business driver creating sustainable value.Responsibilities:Employment lawAdvise the business and the HR department in Belgian employment law related matters (contracts, benefits, wellbeing, work time, work rules, disciplinary procedures and all HR projects in general)Collaborate with and coach the HR Director in social dialogue matters (works council, prevention committee, restructuration, meetings with social partners)Manage all HR policies (codes of conduct, telework, non-discrimination, ethics, benefits…)Ensure monitoring of and compliance with Belgian social legislationReview the HR communications & best practicesManage internal trainings relating to employment legislationFollow up with external partners in litigation...
