Context of the mission/Objective(s) of the job:

Part of the IT Infrastructure department, in particular the Digital Workplace team, responsible for all the

communication and collaboration applications used within Client– eg. Team, emails, SharePoint,

OneDrive, Dynamics 365, the meetings room, Microsoft Veeva – delivering and maintaining them.

Responsibilities.

Responsible for 2 squads:

1. Business application squad (8 ppl)– manage people and solutions (main apps: Dynamics 365, Powerplatform (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate), launch PowerBI for all employees, extend the usage of PowerApps)

2. Employee/user experience squad (5-6 ppl)– manage people and solutions (managing Intranet and Microsoft Veeva: Veeva Engage, Veeva Insight, Veeva Amplify, Veeva Vault)
