The Logistics Supervisor within the ALLISA organisation is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Inbound and Outbound Transport, Receiving and related Inventory movements , making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include but not limited to, Inventory Management, Inbound, Storage and Outbound Management and training new staff.

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
Measure and report the effectiveness of In/Outbound activities and related performance
Organize and maintain In/Outbound inventory and storage areas
Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
Communicate job expectations and coach employees
Determine staffing levels and assign workload
Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
