We are seeking a skilled and creative chef to join our team. The chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for the family and retreats.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Create and develop menus that include healthy cuisine & vegetarian cuisine.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to proper food handling and safety procedures when the the retreats take place.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure consistent quality of food presentation and taste.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
