1. Reducing rejection at both in-house and customer end to achieve targets
2. Ensuring delivery of the castings as per customer quality needs & documentation requirements.
3. Implementation of measurement and monitoring system at various stages to ensure Quality of Components at the customer end with zero defect
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure implementation of corrective actions for rejection and complaints
- Conduct meetings for rejections, complaint analysis, and corrective actions on non-confirming products
- Verify compliance with established SOP
- Ensure process adherence through process audit and observation at the shop floor
- Perform root cause analysis, initiate corrective actions, and monitor for sustenance in rejection reduction.
