Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Help in overseeing daily hotel operations like facilities maintenance, staff management, reservations, and accounting
• Assist in welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure the property is clean and well-maintained
• Help with customers' inquiries and complaints
• Collaborate and communicate with the housekeeping department
• Help the housekeeping as and when needed
• Keep the ledger books up-to-date and accurate
• Assist in purchasing hotel goods and amenities
• Take responsibility for problems and tackle any issues head-on

Qualifications
• Higher secondary pass or a Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in managing a hotel or bookings
• Knowledge of MS Office and hospitality software (not mandatory)
