Job description: Job Description: A role of Senior Products Development Manager / Deputy Director is responsible to drive growth, efficiency, and quality through leading, championing, and executing of product development process and Technology programs and projects through the development of new products, raw materials, and processes. This position will also serve as a technical subject matter expert and provide business technical guidance, both tactical and strategic. Main Responsibilities: Lead R&D activities within Innovation and Renovation projects execution for Drink/Aseptic Initiate R&D innovation which results in the development of new products to support marketing program/promotion to deliver 100% customer satisfaction and achieve company's business goals.
