Responsibilities
• the purchase order cycle and monitor orders
• register of import documents such as invoices entry, accounting records, and costing of the purchase
• and scheduling transportation
• sales representatives' requests
• phone calls, emails, communication with suppliers and transportation companies and other daily tasks
• Qualifications
• in Business Administration/Economics (University, Technological Educational Institute)
• work experience (preferably in purchasing department or International Transport)
• with ERP software (Softone, Epsilonet, etc.)
• knowledge of Office365 (Excel,Word etc.)
• command of written and spoken English
