Job Summary:

Directs the overall function of technology and information systems.

Responsibilities:
• Maintains availability of system including assisting installation at plant sites, providing support to current users, monitoring the system and troubleshooting issues.
• Defines information systems requirements.
• Ensures internal customers needs analysis is in alignment with business initiatives.
• Ensures metrics are defined, valid and shared with all parties.
