A leading packing and print company are looking for a new Business Development Manager to join their growing team in Ireland!

What You Will Do
• Seek and cultivate new business with targeted customers.
• Optimise opportunities, fostering long-term relationships for sustained growth.
• Develop sales strategy, forecast, and budget.
• Identify suitable niche markets for company expansion.
• Negotiate and secure profitable business within defined parameters.
• Coordinate with other sites for maximum development potential.
• Address customer needs and introduce innovations in collaboration with other departments.
• Act as a positive ambassador, emphasizing the Company's unique selling points.
• Ensure effective communication across all sections of the company.

What You Need To Have
• At least 3 year’s sales experience.
• Ability to work independently in field-based role.
• Knowledge of print or manufacturing industry.
