VACANCY FOR TEACHING ASSISTANT AT SOMERSHAM PRIMARY SCHOOL

FIXED-TERM CONTRACT UNTIL SUMMER TERM

Required as soon as possible – Level Two Teaching Assistant

12 hours per week, Thursday and Friday only. Core school hours – to be agreed

Salary: Grade 5, Points 5 – 7 Meridian Trust £6,566.32-£6,788.18 Actual Salary. FTE £23,500-£24,294.

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant at Somersham Primary School. This is a varied and fulfilling role where you will be making a difference to the children’s learning and their progress. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team supporting children on a one-to-one basis and within small groups. The role will also include supporting in the classroom and assisting in the teaching resources and classroom displays. You will be responsible to the SENDCo/Headteacher.
