Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, and referrals
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
• Help create job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms
• Participate in networking events and career fairs to promote our services and attract new candidates
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
