GUEST SERVICES AGENT

The Guest Services Agent is responsible for creating exceptional memorable experiences by ensuring that optimal Customer Service is offered to all guests and owners (external and internal) at the Resort.

. Some of the Responsibilities of the Guest Services Agent Include:

· Ensuring a delightful, seamless arrival and departure for our guests.

· Greeting guests and processing resort registration and other transactions.

· Taking personal responsibility and displaying teamwork when providing guest service and experience.

· Processing customer credit at check-in, in accordance with Resort Policy and Data Privacy Policy Standards.
