Description

1) Recruitment – Manage overall recruitment cycle of a new hire including post job vacancies online, review resume, arrange interview, conduct orientation, etc.

2) Monthly Payroll – Manage overall payroll procedures including calculation and payment of monthly wages (for both local and foreign employees), statutory payment (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), etc.

3) Performance Review – Compile feedbacks for each employee for yearly performance review, arrange meetings and prepare summary reports to Management.

4) Foreign workers – Manage recruitment of new foreign construction workers, renewal of work permit, passport, statutory clearance (CIDB, FOMEMA), monthly payroll, overtime pay, disciplinary actions, liaising with authorities, etc.

5) Others - Renewal of employee insurance, company licenses (CIDB, ST, signages), company car’s road tax, insurance, etc.
