Job description

An exciting opportunity for a Dealer Principal has arisen at a Halfway multi-franchise dealership in Port Shepstone - Halfway Mazda, Omoda, and Jaecoo. The successful candidate will be required to assume accountability for the effective senior management of the dealership and provide support to the COO.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the management of all departments within the dealership and attain both Halfway and OEM standards. The candidate will be accountable for the effective management of Finances, Key-stakeholder Engagements, Sales and After sales, Compliance, Internal business and People Development.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have experience of running a successful dealership or have an excellent track record running a profitable vehicle sales department.
