Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality Specialist at Amaliya Investment located in Lusaka. The Hospitality Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries and requests, coordinating reservations and check-ins, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for guests. S/he will be expected to offer innovative solutions to customer complaints and address any issues that may arise during a guest's stay.
