Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER for a luxury camp situated outside of Phalaborwa in a Private Game reserve, to oversee the day to day operations of the property.
Requirements:

Minimum of 4 year previous experience in safari lodge environment
Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position
Strong maintenance skills are required ( Plumbing, Electrical, pumps, solar etc)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently
Strong Leadership Skills
Ability to coordinate and schedule staff as required
Valid drivers License and own transport

Salary: R18 000 - Depending on individual experience
Accommodation: Live In Position
