About the Job / School

You join a motivated, professional and creative academic team when you work at our school. Over your first two months you will complete your Induction, guided by a Peer Advisor (mentor), overseen by your Senior Teacher and myself.

Over the first two months you will gradually be given classes to observe, and then take over.

We mainly use the CELTA standard lesson plan so that teachers have knowledge and use terminology that is relevant to the wider EFL industry.

Our classes are student-centered and focus on developing all four macro skills and associated micro skills. We incorporate the direct method, the communicative approach;

task based learning, the lexical approach as well as other methodological approaches relevant to our students’ needs.
