IT SUPPORT ENGINEER (f/m/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for processing and qualifying support requests.

▲Rollout of updates/ patches on different Server or Client system (Windows, Linux, Vmware)

▲ Monitoring & reporting of systems;

▲ Operational activities in the server/ client environment;

▲ Asset management & documentation (knowledgebase).

Profile & Requirements

▲ Experience with ITSM ticket systems;

▲ Practical experience in IT support, customer support, telephone support or user helpdesk;

▲Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (client) and office applications;

▲Customer friendly & service oriented;
