Group Accounting Manager

KONGSBERG Corporate Accounting is seeking a Group Accounting Manager for managing the group consolidation processes. You will be working closely with our financial functions in the business areas, Group Controlling, Group Treasury and Group Tax, and our M&A teams on business transactions, and be part of a team that are continuously making improvements to our reporting and controlling processes.

KONGSBERG Corporate Accounting has the main responsibility for the group’s quarterly and annual financial statements, contributes to the monthly financial reporting to the Corporate Management Team and Board of Directors, group target process and group business controlling.

Your Main Responsibilities
• Managing the group consolidation process including reconciliation & controls, cash flows, group eliminations and business combination accounting
