General Responsibility:

He/ She will be responsible in analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, coordinating with deployed teams re work progress, etc.

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar

Construction estimating or finance experience is an advantage

Required Skills:

MS Office

Monitoring skills

Cost control & cost benefit analysis

Risk analysis evaluations

Drawing up contracts with vendors

Negotiating skills

Can work with minimal supervision

With good interpersonal skills

Other Requirement/s:

Willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite

Detailed oriented

Committed and dedicated at work
