About You

The ideal candidate will have good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritize your workload, whether it be production escalation issues, tickets or wider projects.

You will have a background in Microsoft Windows with experience in supporting, configuring, and installing Windows Servers. You will be experienced in using PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks across large IT estates.

You will be experienced in designing, building, and supporting Citrix Desktop Virtualization environments globally, and presenting these environments to a variety of clients as a managed service.
