Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for monitoring the availability, stability, reliability, and operation of card payment

systems by supporting, and optimizing production systems and services
• Take overall responsibility for the investigation and resolution of system downtime affecting the

channels and card payment applications
• Provide technical support in identifying, investigating, and resolving transaction-related issues
• Proactive monitoring of processes and transactions leading to the identification of potential glitches
• Responsible for data analysis and problem analysis of payment channels with the use of

applications such as cloud base monitoring tools, Grafana, Postman
• Escalate unresolved incidents to Operations, IT, external partners, and aggregators to ensure

prompt resolution.
