A company based in Benin City is looking for a Finance Clerk to manage the financial bookkeeping of the business. The role revolves around evaluating and monitoring all financial activities of the organization, preparing budgets and updating financial records on the internal finance software. The company has 4 subsidiaries Agro, Transport, Physio Clinic and a farm.

Responsibilities
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Maintain digital financial records
• Vetting operational expenses
• Managing business accounts and preparing financial statements.
• Regularly evaluate and report on margin in operational cost and company revenue

Preferred skills and qualifications
• Strong attention to detail
• High proficiency with Google Spreadsheets
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
