Position: Conveyancing Clerk

Location: Ipoh, Perak

Firm: KORINA & CO

Job Description:

• To prepare all relevant documents pertaining to Sale & Purchase (sub sales)

• To liaise with relevant parties including clients, other lawyers, banks and government bodies

• Attend to clients’ inquiries via phone or email

• Follow up with clients, monitor files closely and prepare status report on files

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience at legal firm;

• Able to conduct online system such as STAMPS, E-tanah, e-CKHT etc;

• Have own transport and willing to travel if required

• Computer literate with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Good manners, hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, team player with strong problem

solving and analytical skills

• Must be meticulous and diligent

• Good customer relationship skill
