Responsibilities: - Managing customer relations for own customer portfolio, - Order acceptance and processing in the ERP system, - Checking and ensuring the availability of goods, - Order tracking until delivery, - Managing information flow between internal and external customers, - Quotation process and follow-up, - Active management of customer queries, - Issuing of credit notes for bonus payments and provisions, - Managing customer queries and claims related to products or processes, - Preparation of order documents and coordination of triangular shipments, - Generating various master data requests and ensuring information accuracy, - Other sales supporting activities.
