What you’ll do

The Senior Supply Chain Services Advisor is responsible for providing remote (e-mail, telephone etc.) support services offering advice that follows established Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and procedures to functional areas. Spanning activities such as catalogue administration; data verifications; analysing failures and routing them accordingly for resolution and other SCM transactions using Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems and tools.Typically reports to the Supply Chain Services Manager.

Who you are
• Good understanding of procedures and concepts of end-to-end Supply Chain processes;
• Delivers assigned activities related to end-to-end Supply Chain processes, accurately and performed according to SLAs;
• Assists in running data control processes;
• Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical way and provides a transactional service to the relevant stakeholder/s, based on written SCM policies and processes;
