Responsibilities
• Lead the 3D art team, ensuring we delivered high-quality assets that met the stakeholders’ requirements and the studio’s standards.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Art Director to define the project’s scope and goals, as well as the resources required to deliver it.
• Work on and share 3D modeling and texturing workload with the 3D art team and monitor their progress to ensure work is of a high standard and deadlines are met.
• Providing feedback and guidance to 3D artists to improve the quality of their work and develop their skills.
• Identifying potential issues and risks early in the project lifecycle and taking steps to mitigate them.
• Ensuring that 3D assets are optimized and meet technical specifications, such as file size and polygon count.
• Keeping up-to-date with new techniques and technologies in the 3D industry and actively share this knowledge with the team.
