Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join us supporting schools in Rochdale and surrounding areas. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the learning off pupils in the absence of regular teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of Learning:
Facilitate learning of classes by delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring that pupils remain on task and engaged with their work.

Classroom Management:
Manage the classroom environment effectively, to produce an atmosphere which allows all pupils to learn.

Behaviour Management:
Uphold school policies and procedures regarding student behaviour, intervening where necessary to maintain discipline and promote a respectful learning environment.
