Are you interested in working with people in mental health crisis? We are a crisis home treatment team looking for new Band 6's to join our team. If you are a Band 5 ready to make the step in your development, then we would love to hear from you too. We would support a Band 5 post with a clear personal development plan, with the aim to support you into a Band 6 role within 6 months.

The access teams (and all the BANES teams) are very compassionate, and there will be many staff across the teams who would support you along your journey in your new role.
