During an exciting time of change, we are seeking an Integrated Neighbourhood Team Manager to join us in the South Gloucestershire Locality.

Your primary purpose will be to support the Assistant Locality Manager and Locality Manager in leading the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) and senior clinicians in the planning, provision, improvement and development of a range of clinical services. You will support a number of projects that will contribute to the achievement of service objectives and wider organisational goals.

Your role will be key to maintaining and, where possible, improving the performance of the INTs, care to service users and the resultant impact on the organisation as a whole. You will be required to lead by example to gain the best from services and staff, ensuring they are supported to remain engaged, positively challenged and effective.
