The Supervisor, Development Approvals processes development applications, prepares planning documents and provides planning advise or information to municipal staff, Council, developers, stakeholders and the public; support long-range and policy planning activities as required.

Compensation includes an annual salary of $94,469 – $113,371, and includes a comprehensive health, benefit and pension package and opportunities for compressed work week and hybrid work week schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a University Degree in Planning or related field with over four (4) years’ experience. They will be Registered as, or eligible for Registration as, a Professional Planner, accredited in Ontario (OPPI).
