Agile Project Management methodology and act as the Scrum Master of the team - Reporting Project in the Digital area

Create and Manage the Project (Product) Backlog, always aligned with the Product Owner.

• Perform Scrum Master activities: Ensure the Development Teams are following Agile methodology.

• Support Agile culture implementation, identify improvements, implement kaizen ideas.

• Manage the project backlog, ensure the team have a prioritized, organized, and estimated backlog.

o Improve/propose items creation, ensure all items contains relevant information for the development team (ie. DoR, DoD, Acceptance Criteria, Business Requirements, Estimation)

• Lead agile ceremonies.

• Define KPIs for performance management.

• Understand the internal process to change current or build new technical solutions with all IT key actors (Enterprise architect, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Application teams). Support the development team in order fulfil all required steps.
