Ensure project related Quantity Takeoff are measured accurately at all stages of the Project in relation to Variations, major material ordering, contra charges etc.Ensure Subcontractor’s Payments are made in accordance with relevant Subcontract Agreement and Supply Orders · To carryout measurements as per the relevant standard method of measurement under the Main Contract where applicable· To prepare relevant summary of the quantity takeoff for major material ordering, Variations, contra charges etc.· To ensure measurements are prepared in such a manner that it is easily traceable and ensure the measurements are updated at every stages of the project when required· Prepare Subcontractors payment certificates in accordance with the Subcontract Agreement and compare with the progress certification received under Main Contract· Prepare back up calculation and supporting drawings for preparing Variations under the Main Contract and assist Sr. QS in finalizing the submission of...
