• Appropriate higher education and good administrative capability (diploma HR Management; Psychology and Law is preferable)
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in the maritime industry in a similar role (knowledge of maritime requirements).
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Compliance.
• Very good communication in Portuguese
• Must be resourceful, self-motivated and with a good command of English
• Good administrative ability and competent in the use of PCs (including Outlook, Word , Excel , Power Point, etc)
• Carries out the recruitment and selection activities for Onshore and offshore in compliance with the policies, procedures and practices established by the company.
• Carry out Induction and monitors quantitative and qualitative admissions by carrying out follow-up interviews to ensure effective integration
