We are a new venture modernising how shrimps (Vannamei) are produced in Vietnam. We are using science, technology, and data-driven, precise farming practices to grow shrimp in a more sustainable and profitable way. Our main goal is minimizing risk and mortality.

We are looking for aquaculture technicians to support our farms. The job will be fully on site, in or around Bac Lieu province. You will be working directly with Dragos, the CEO/Founder of Good Tôm, as well as with other technical team members.

Apply to us if you are passionate about aquaculture and have the fundamental technical experience needed to grow shrimp at intensive farms (density ~ 200 shrimp / m2).

Technical responsibilities:
• Daily water testing (~10 parameters)
• Water disinfection and use of probiotics
• Shrimp feeding
• Shrimp health checks - visual inspection, microscope assessment, PCR test, Agar
