Job Description:

-Prepare and cook food in accordance with recipes and menus
-Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard
-Oversee the work of junior kitchen staff
Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered
-Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
-Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development
-Monitor portion sizes and waste levels
Assist in training and development of junior kitchen staff
