• Processing and handling incoming order and to coordinate with customer and production
• Prepare and update sales related reports and statistics
• Distribute the incoming fax, mail and email and file accordingly
• Take minutes and notes of meeting if required
• Coordinate and assist in execution and implementation of sales and promotional activities
• To assist in implementation of marketing activities
• Visit local and overseas customer for marketing purpose whenever necessary
