Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience
• 7+ years of experience in relevant quality positions, preferably from the oil and gas industry.
• Certified Internal/Lead Quality Auditor according to ISO 9001 and awareness on API Q1.
• Strong understanding of Lean and Continuous Improvement principles and experience in leveraging associated tools to drive positive change.
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills, backed up with a proven track record.
• Knowledge on API 6A, NORSOK.
• Working experience in a welding, non-destructive testing, and fabrication environment.
