Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging with mid-level and senior executives.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Motivated to drive results and committed to continuous improvement.
• 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products to SMEs/SMBs, with a preference for those who have implemented ERP software, particularly in accounting, HR, or manufacturing & inventory modules.
• Proficiency with corporate productivity tools and web presentation platforms.
• Positive and proactive attitude, with a strong work ethic and receptiveness to feedback.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting in East Jakarta.
